生氣禁斷

剛巧看到糖果的 blog,儘管放在那很久,仍覺得滿受用的。(不過找不到相關出處)

  面對憤怒,發洩不是出路,逃避也無法解決,隱忍更沒有幫助,
  唯有自身的耐心與寬容心,才有辦法銷彌憤怒帶來的傷害。

但靜靜想一想,常常當下的憤怒,漸漸會轉變成無奈。可是,若生氣的對象是自己,該怎麼運用耐心及寬容呢?大師!我還參不透啊~
