WinXP SP2 TCP/IP 連線數量解決辦法

電腦重灌，當初精心微調的電腦設定，現在都得重新再來一遍。尤其 eMule（內地稱電騾，真難聽）一執行個半天，其他程式大概就因為它而當的當、殘廢的殘廢。

P2P 軟體如 eMule, BT, Shareaza, eDonkey 運行了之後，通常過一陣子應該就會在電腦的 Event Viewer 事件檢視器裡，看到以下的錯誤：

Event ID: 4662 TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.
事件 ID: 4662 警告 TCP/IP 連線數量已達上限

原因在於 WinXP SP2 安裝後會限制 TCP/IP 每秒連線數目為 10 個。要避免這問題，必須到德國玩家LvlLord的網站下載修改工具。

Update of TCPIP.SYS

Microsoft released a new TCPIP.SYS with build 5.1.2600.2827 on the 2006/2/14 patch-day. The current Patcher 2.23d is still capable of changing the half-open tcp limit. But you need to reapply the patcher to set a higher limit to the new version.

註：DirectUpdate sevice crash、瀏覽網站使用者登陸錯亂，好像都跟這問題有關。
